Terms & Conditions

  1. Every student must follow the set of rules and regulations of Success Coaching.
  2. All students are expected to maintain the discipline in and outside the classroom and display decent behavior.
  3. Fee once paid is not refundable under any circumstances, the Institute will not refund fees.
  4. All the rights to make the required modification in the timetable, faculty members, any other changes of the class are reserved with the Institute.
  5. There might be a change in class duration, timing/days of the regular classes due to special classes or events.
  6. The director will make all final decisions regarding the Institute, including those regarding the curriculum, faculty, admissions, and calendar of classes.
  7. Leave application is compulsory to be raised from Attendance App. This app is for parents only not for students
  8. (leave applied from app is considered to be parent’s request and not student)
  9. Students photos supplied in the admission form or from the events or classroom may be used by the institute for marketing, public relations, and advertisement purposes.
  10. Institute will not transfer or postpone admission for the current year to the following calendar year.
  11. Institute may also contact the students, parents or references through sms, email and call to give notifications on various important updates or for marketing purpose.
  12. Institute may use third party fees collection system or maketing agencies to contact students, parents or referral for information updates or marketing.
  13. Institute has full rights to suspend the students without any refund on any misbehavior or not following any of the rules.

 

DISCLAIMER

  1. Students receive free study materials from the institute over whatsapp etc. It’s possible that the study materials contain typographical errors. Kindly bring errors to make corrections.
  2. During class, mobile phones and other recording devices are banned. If a student is discovered recording or using mobile/any device in class, the institute will take severe measures against them. The Institute will cancel admission in such a situation and not reimburse the money.
